Café Colbar is about 60 years old and is one of the earliest café in Singapore. It is a bit hard to locate the destination due to the area. It is hiding in Portsdown Road. The price of the food is very reasonable and affordable. Because it is so long time ago, it has history of British Army buying food at this little hideout during the 1950’s. You will also see some old decoration and furniture, which will bring you back to the good old days.
